Alot of us are waiting for Leinie's downtown location to open for tours! Their beer selection is wide, and seasonals are always good. Red is always good on tap, and especially when it's the only thing available besides Miller. Dick donates to alot of local charity events as well.

I also have been drinking Sprecher beer since they started brewing. Sprecher was one of the first upstarts when the "quality and Taste" pendulm swung back into favor among true beer fans. You can find in just about any large liquor store today, but I was forced to drive to milwaukee from Illinois in the early days because of limited distribution. The beer still maintains the same great taste and quality that makes it one of Milwaukee's most popular favorites.

I have been buying Amber light, which I might add is a really great beer. I wanted to relay some info, I buy your beer at our local HY-VEE store. In the last six pack I bought there was one bottle that had nothing in it but water. I have no idea how it would happen but it is something to make quality assurance aware of. Sincerely Jim Berry

Formerly the Val Blatz Milwaukee Brewery when it was first opened by the G. Heileman Brewing Co. in September 1986. It was purchased by the Jacob Leinenkugel Brewing Co. in September 1995. It is now Milwaukee's second largest brewery producing Leinenkugel's Honey Weiss, Leinenkugel's Original, Leinenkugel's Auburn Ale, Leinenkugel's Creamy Draft and Leinenkugel's Hefeweizen.
